If there are only three cards in my sideline and I use this card's [Activate: Main] ability to place them from my sideline into my removal area, can I perform the ability following "If you do"?
No, you cannot. If you activate the [Activate: Main] ability, place the three cards from your sideline into your removal area. However, if you do, you cannot perform the ability following "If you do" because the condition was not satisfied.

No, you cannot. You can place both of the cards from your sideline into your removal area. However, if you do, you cannot perform the ability following "If you do" because the condition was not satisfied.
