About Restrictions

We are considering implementing "Restrictions on Card Usage" on certain cards that can be included in decks if the results of battles held in official and sanctioned tournaments show a significant bias.
With new titles being introduced every month, the environment is prone to frequent changes. However, we are closely monitoring whether certain decks are consistently used or dominate the top rankings in tournaments.
As UNION ARENA prioritizes allowing players to enjoy various titles, we will implement restrictions if any deck significantly diverges from this principle.

Based on the usage rates in tournaments since March 2024 and the results from " UNION ARENA Festival 2024 in Hyogo and Makuhari," we are considering imposing usage restrictions on the following two decks:

• ・CODE GEASS: Lelouch of the Rebellion (Green)
• ・JUJUTSU KAISEN (Blue)

Announcement and Implementation Schedule

Regarding these restrictions, we plan to announce the details and implement them according to the following schedule:

• ・October 1 : Announcement of the details on the official website and X
• ・October 5 : Implementation of the restrictions on the specified cards

We will create a page on the official website dedicated to the restricted cards and will notify you of updates via the official X account.

In Conclusion

The UNION ARENA management team is continuously considering how to enhance our customers' enjoyment by incorporating feedback from surveys, tournaments, customer voices, and the event management team. We strive to create an environment where everyone, from new players wanting to try the game to veteran players who have been enjoying UNION ARENA for a long time, can have fun.

We are planning various events that cater to a wide range of customers, such as casual and fun tournaments unique to UNION ARENA, and interesting rules like 3-on-3 team formats with deck restrictions within the team.

Regarding the usage restrictions we are considering, the management team has had numerous discussions about them. We understand that some players may feel disappointed if their favorite decks are restricted, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may cause. However, we hope this will encourage you to try different decks and enjoy the new environment.
With nearly 30 participating titles, we are believing that you'll find a deck you love.

At the "Next Plan Announcement" scheduled for October 3rd, we will be sharing new product information and announcing new participating titles, so stay tuned for exciting updates.
