• ・Philippines will directly hold a Regional Final without a Preliminary Round.

• *You may participate in Championship 2023 Preliminary Rounds even if you live in another region. However, you must maintain residency in that region in order to represent that region at Regional Finals.
• *If a non-resident wins Preliminary Rounds, their Regional Finals invitation will be passed down to the next highest-ranking resident of that region.
