About Banned/Restricted Cards

In UNION ARENA a deck can generally contain up to 4 copies of a card with the same card number. However, for decks used in authorized/official tournaments there may be some restrictions placed on the number of certain cards that can be in a deck.

• *Cards with the same card number and different illustrations are considered the same card.

About Selection, Notification, and Enforcement of Restrictions

• ・When a deck ends up deviating our actions will take into consideration many things such as win rates, tournament results, rate of appearance in tournaments (inclusion rate of a card in decks) and more as we want to see all the titles being enjoyed and keep the game going in a good direction.
• ・The “Restricted Cards” designated here may be released upon review as the game environment changes. Everyone’s understanding is appreciated.
• ・We will keep announcing these matters once reviewed at events, in the producer message, and official social media channels. When this page is updated we will also make a post on our official X account, etc.
