I use this card from my hand when there are a combined total of two <Yuuki> or <Mother's Rosario> cards in my sideline. Can I include this card to fulfill the condition "If a combined total of three or more <Yuuki> or <Mother's Rosario> cards are in your sideline, {sideline it} instead"?
No, you cannot. Event cards used from your hand are not placed into the sideline until after their ability has been resolved.
