What does "the next event card you use from your hand this turn" refer to?
It refers to the first event card played from your hand this turn after the [When Played] ability on this card is activated.<br>The AP cost of that first event card will still be reduced by 1 even if you played a character or site card before it.

After activating the [When Played] ability on this card, can I choose not to reduce the AP cost of the next event card I use by 1? Can I choose to reduce the AP cost of the second event card I use after it by 1 instead?
